Corporate Standards Manager, Greenhouse Gas Protocol, World Business Council for Sustainable Development
Hande joins WBCSD as the Corporate Standards Manager working with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Secretariat team. She supports the process to revise and develop additional guidance for the Corporate Standards.
Prior to joining WBCSD, Hande worked at a Dutch bank to set up and coordinate the sustainability practice following a 10-year sustainability consultancy experience at myclimate, EY and lastly KPMG where she joined to set up the sustainability advisory team in Turkiye. She helped companies across a range of sectors in GHG accounting, science based target setting, sustainability/integrated reporting and sustainability strategy development.
Hande holds a BSc in Geological Engineering and an MSc in Sustainable Energy Technologies and Management. She lives in Amsterdam and enjoys going on long hikes and traveling.
