Please review questions below for information on purchasing and accessing the courses.

1. How do I purchase a course?

To purchase a course, you first need to create an account on our learning store. Once logged in, navigate to the course list by clicking Explore and add the course(s) you are interested in to your cart. Before checking out, click on the cart icon and click view cart.

If you are purchasing the course for yourself, ensure that you have selected No for the drop down “Purchase on behalf.” If you are purchasing the course to assign the seat to a colleague, refer to the instructions for “Purchasing a course for a colleague.” Click update cart, then Checkout. You may purchase the course with a credit card or by requesting an invoice by submitting a purchase order.

2. What types of payments do you accept? Can I receive an invoice?

We accept credit cards and Google Pay. We can issue an invoice for registration. To request an invoice, submit a purchase order by selecting Purchase Order at checkout. This represents an intent to purchase.

Enter the billing information for yourself or your organization in the text boxes at checkout. The information you provide will be used to generate the invoice. If you do not require a purchase order number to track the invoice in your systems enter N/A. If you require a purchase order number, enter the number you would like to use and it will be added to the invoice. We utilize Stripe to manage our invoice payments.

GHG Protocol will review your purchase order and pending approval, generate an invoice for payment within five business days. Once an invoice is sent for payment, the course materials are available.

3. What are your payment terms?

Course registration payments are due to GHG Protocol within 90 days of receiving the invoice. The invoice is sent via email to the email address of the purchaser. Failure to pay by the due date without communication will result in the deletion of learner accounts associated with the order.
