Actions and Market Instruments Manager
Kevin is an Actions and Market Instruments Manager, supporting the process to develop a new standard for actions and market instruments.
Kevin previously worked as the Data Lead for the Data Portal for Cities for WRI United States. Before joining WRI, Kevin worked on GHG mitigation and sustainability projects at ICF. He helped develop the CLEER Tool and Protocol, an online data tool and GHG accounting protocol for the U.S. Agency for International Development, and he also contributed to the development of the U.S. national GHG inventory for the EPA.
Kevin is based in Providence, Rhode Island. He holds a Masters of Environmental Management from Duke University, and a Bachelors of Arts in Astronomy/Physics and Economics from Colgate University.
