Secondee, Senior Associate
Yanet Rempening Saldívar has joined WBCSD as a Senior Associate, seconded by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In this role, she supports the GHG Protocol Secretariat in revising and updating the Product Life Cycle Accounting and Reporting Standard in collaboration with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
She brings over five years of experience in sustainability consulting, with a focus on emissions accounting and life cycle assessments (LCA). Her work has supported organizations in developing data-driven decarbonization strategies across industries including energy, consumer goods, healthcare, and automotive. Yanet has conducted LCAs, product and corporate carbon footprinting, supply chain emissions analysis, and net-zero benchmarking, and has worked from within organizations to embed sustainability into core business operations.
She holds an MSc in Eco Design and a BA in Business Administration. Yanet recently relocated from Berlin, Germany, to Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and is originally from Mexico.
