Operations Manager
Sharon is the Operations Manager for the Greenhouse Gas Protocol where she oversees the project’s operations to support the development of standards and tools to help measure, manage, report and reduce carbon emissions.
Prior to joining GHG Protocol, Sharon served as a Senior Program Manager for USAID Global Health technical support as well as the Partnerships Manager for WRI’s P4G program, which aims to develop and accelerate innovative public-private partnerships in 5 key SDGs. Before that, Sharon managed wildlife conservation NGOs in Southeast Asia and the UK with a focus on developing sustainable solutions to shared habitats.
Sharon holds a Masters degree in Primate Conservation from Oxford Brookes University as well as a Bachelors in Biological Sciences from the State University of New York at Geneseo. She is currently based in the Washington D.C. area.
